Weasler guard sets are composed of two guard halves that encase a PTO drive shaft from tractor to implement. The Weasler black guarding is durable against harsh conditions, ultraviolet light, and ozone. All of the Weasler guard systems include the patented Easy Lock system which allows for easy guard removal and replacement in servicing is required. All Weasler guards are designed according to ANSI/ASABE AD5673 and meet strength and wear requirements of ANSI/ASABE AD 5674. Guards can be certified to CE requirements as an option.

35 SERIES CROSS AND BEARING KIT, R STANDARD, CENTER GREASE FITTING — Mfr Part # 200-3500

R-Kits are standard and offer a high quality lube cycle of 8 hours which is acceptable for many applications. R-kits and E-kits are interchangeable for all available Weasler series as well as with standard cross and bearing sets in the market. This means that a Weasler PTO drive shaft with R-kits can still be upgraded to E-kits or M-kits.

The ball shear yoke clutch offers implement overload protection. In addition to the traditional implement mounted configuration, the free motion and hidden bolt tractor shaft mounted options make hook-up and service more user friendly. The compact, efficient design disconnects the power source from the drivetrain when overload occurs and helps prevent the generatation of damaging torque spikes or heat. Once the operator replaces the bolt, the machine can be restarted.
